Information You Submit
Text entered in a search form, such as a name, phone number, or address, goes to the third-party provider that supplies those results. We do not retain a separate server copy of the search. A message sent to us contains only what you choose to share, and we use it to answer your inquiry.
Automatic Technical Data
Our hosting systems create ordinary logs with an IP address, browser type, visited pages, and timestamps. Aggregated log data helps maintain the service and show which resources are useful. Cookies or similar tools may support basic analytics and advertising measurement where those services apply.
How Information Is Used
Technical and submitted information supports site operation, troubleshooting, traffic measurement, and page improvements. We neither sell a visitor list nor assemble individual user profiles.
Links to Other Websites
Links lead to government portals, county and state offices, library collections, and outside search tools. Information submitted after leaving this site is controlled by the destination's privacy policy. The same is true for sponsored results delivered by a third-party company.
Who May Process Data
Hosting and support vendors process server logs for us. Analytics or advertising partners may receive the automatic data described above. We may disclose information in response to valid legal process, but otherwise do not share visitor data.
Our Security Practices
An encrypted connection serves the site, and logs are retained only as long as needed for the purposes stated here. Since there are no user accounts, we hold no visitor password or account profile.
Users Under 18
This site is not directed at children and is intended for users 18 and older. We do not knowingly collect personal information from anyone under 18. If you believe a minor has submitted personal information to us, contact us and we will delete it.
Your Data Rights
California residents may have rights to know, delete, correct, or opt out of certain sale or sharing of personal information under the California Consumer Privacy Act as amended by the California Privacy Rights Act. Because we retain little, a request normally involves our contact mailbox and server logs. Use the Contact page to submit one. Public records held by the City of San Diego, San Diego County, or California agencies remain outside our control, so correction or removal requests for those records must go to the custodian.
